Almost 30 years in Corporate Human Resources and Consulting have shaped me.

For more than 15 years I am working as a Management Coach and Consultant in medium-sized companies and social organizations. As a speaker and author, I enjoy using new insights to stimulate a change of perspective and further development.

For 5 years I’m proud to be an entrepreneur myself and have been managing the company Breitenstein Consulting together with Tim Bookas.

Together with our team and our external partners, we are committed to our clients with great passion.

Our world is changing dramatically. Ecological crises, social inequality and conflicts are also changing the environment of communities and companies.

Digitalization, demographics and increasing diversity are changing our corporate and labor world and at the same time already hold answers to the global crises.
Therefore, it is necessary to initiate and sustainably anchor far-reaching changes in organizations. In my opinion, Human Resources plays a key role in

Principles

The basis of successful teams is mutual trust and respect. I try to exemplify this in my customer relationships.

Participation is the most important key to bring people to change and to encourage initiative and commitment in them.

I value diversity and consider it an expression and a prerequisite for sustainability. I am deliberately methodically diverse and not a disciple of any particular method or school. And I attach great importance to evidence-proven and scientifically proven instruments and consulting methods.

I also try to live these principles in our team and with our partners, so that a professional relationship often develops into a friendship – the highest level of mutual trust, respect and belonging.
